Privacy Policy
How we handle personal information — on this website, and in the donor data we process for the nonprofits we work with.

The short version
This website sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and embeds no tracking pixels. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network. The only third-party service we use is our scheduling provider, whose booking button appears on every page and whose calendar is embedded on our contact page. We never sell personal information, and we never sell donor records.

What this website collects
Very little, and nothing that identifies you by name unless you choose to give it. Specifically, this site runs:
- No analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no tag manager, and no equivalent.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. Nothing on this site reports your visit to an advertising network.
- No cookies of our own, and no use of local storage in your browser.
- No third-party fonts. Our typefaces are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell a font provider you were here.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub records technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service — typically your IP address, browser type and the page requested. That processing is GitHub's, under GitHub's own privacy practices, and we do not receive those logs.
Booking a call
We use Calendly for scheduling. Its booking button sits in the corner of every page on this site, and its calendar is embedded on our contact page, so Calendly loads wherever you are on the site and sets its own cookies in your browser — not only when you decide to book. It presents its own cookie notice when it does.
If you book a time, the details you enter — your name, email address and anything else the booking form asks — go to Calendly and then to us. Calendly is a separate company acting as our service provider, and its handling of your information is governed by its own privacy notice. If you would rather not load it at all, write to info@partner2impact.com and we will find a time by email.
We use the information you give when booking to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up afterwards. If the meeting is held over a video platform, that provider processes the meeting itself under its own terms.
Emailing us
If you write to us, we keep your message and our reply so that we have a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an email.
Donor data we handle for clients
This is separate from the website, and it is the part that matters most to the organizations we work with.
When a nonprofit engages us, we may process records from its donor database. In that work the nonprofit remains responsible for its own data — it is the controller, and we act on its documented instructions as a processor, under a written agreement signed before any access is granted. Access is read-only unless the engagement specifically requires otherwise.
- We work with aggregated, anonymized and privacy-compliant datasets, following GDPR, CCPA and donor privacy standards.
- Where prospect cohorts are uploaded to advertising platforms, the data is encrypted and hashed before it leaves our hands.
- We never sell donor information, and we do not use one client's data for another client's work.
If you are a donor to one of our clients and want to know what that organization holds about you, ask the organization directly — it holds the record and is the right party to answer. We will support any such request they pass to us.
Cookies
We set none of our own. The cookies you may find here are Calendly's, set when its booking button or calendar loads — which, as above, is on every page. They are described in Calendly's own notice, and it asks for your choice when it appears.
Why we are allowed to process your information
Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on your consent when you choose to book a call or write to us; on legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure; and on contract where we are delivering services you or your organization have engaged us for. When we process donor records for a client, the legal basis is the client's to determine.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier, without affecting what was done before.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act you also have the right to know what we collect and why, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be treated differently for exercising any of those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in the CCPA, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To exercise any of these, email info@partner2impact.com. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows, and we may need to confirm who you are first. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and booking records are kept for as long as we might reasonably need them for the conversation they belong to and any engagement that follows, then deleted. Client data is kept for the term set out in that client's agreement and returned or deleted at the end of it.
Where your information goes
Our service providers, including our host and our scheduling provider, are based in the United States, so information you send through this site is processed there. Where information is transferred out of the UK or EU, we rely on the transfer mechanisms those providers put in place.
Children
This site is meant for people working in and with nonprofit organizations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Client data is handled under the access controls and confidentiality terms set out in the relevant engagement agreement. No system is perfectly secure, but we take the protection of donor records seriously — it is the core of what we are trusted with.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
