Meet your partners in growth

Decades of strategy
Cutting-edge analytics
One powerful partnership

Most consultants offer advice without real-time data. Most data tools produce numbers without strategic guidance. Partner2Impact is both, in one engagement.

David Galvin

Decision Intelligence Lead

“When you apply predictive modeling to nonprofit datasets, patterns emerge immediately. We show you the story your data is desperately trying to tell.”

A veteran in data analytics and predictive architecture, David builds proprietary intelligence tools that transform raw relational data into clean, actionable revenue streams.

His working principle is the one that gives this partnership its shape: data is currency — and currency left in a vault earns nothing.

Portrait of Tracey Wiseman

Tracey Wiseman

Strategic fundraising leader

“Fundraising is ultimately about human connection. Data doesn’t replace the relationship — it illuminates where the relationship needs to go next.”

With over two decades of hands-on experience guiding nonprofit leaders, Tracey helps organizations secure major gifts, navigate complex capital campaigns, and build resilient development operations.

She founded Partner2Impact in 2001 and has spent the years since inside the rooms where fundraising decisions actually get made — with boards, executive directors and development teams working out what to do next.

Why this partnership

The gap most nonprofits fall into

Development teams are usually offered one half of the answer, and asked to supply the other half themselves.

Consultants without data

Strong advice built on experience and instinct — but no way to tell you which of your 4,000 records deserves the call this week.

Tools without strategy

A dashboard full of scores and a development director with no plan for what to do with them on Monday morning.

Partner2Impact

The intelligence and the plan from the same engagement, so nothing gets lost in the handoff between the people who found the signal and the people who act on it.

Track record

Two decades inside nonprofit development

Partner2Impact has worked with foundations, universities, health nonprofits, associations, community organizations and campaigns — the kind of organizations where every dollar raised has to justify itself.

That history is why the data work lands: the models are built by someone who understands donor behavior, and the recommendations are written by someone who has sat through the board meeting where they get questioned.

Common questions

Before you reach out

Do we have to change our CRM?
No. The tool layers on top of the system you already use — Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, Bloomerang, DonorPerfect and others. There is no migration project.
Our database is a mess. Is it too early for this?
That is the normal starting point, and cleaning it is step one of the work. The data health check will tell you honestly whether the records are good enough to model yet, and what it would take to get there.
Can we get the consulting without the tool, or the other way around?
Yes, though they are designed to reinforce each other. Some organizations start with a one-off diagnostic and add the ongoing data work later.
How does an engagement start?
With a free 15-minute data health check. You speak with Tracey and David, see a live demonstration, and get an honest read on whether we are the right fit.
